Music Room Reservation

Usage Fee
The practice room fee is 50 TRY per person per hour.
Payments must be placed in an envelope with your name written on it and dropped into the payment box.
Members who fail to make payment will have their room usage privileges suspended.

2. Reservations
   Room reservations can be made only through the website ytumk.com.tr.
   Reservations made through any other method will not be accepted.

3. Reservation Cancellation
   Reservation cancellations must be made via the website.
   Cancellations without a valid reason will not be accepted.

4. Order and Arrangement
   Do not move or rearrange any equipment or furniture in the room.

5. Equipment Safety
   Do not plug in or unplug any cables without first obtaining approval from the staff.
   All equipment is inspected after each practice session.
   Any damage caused to the equipment will be charged to the responsible user.

6. Sound and Isolation
   Opening the windows while playing drums is strictly prohibited due to noise pollution and disturbance to the surroundings.

7. Personal Instruments
   The guitars and drumsticks in the room are not for personal use.
   Members must bring and use their own instruments and equipment.

8. Hygiene
   Please use the doormat at the entrance when entering the room.
   No mud or dirt from outside should be brought into the room.

9. Food and Beverages
   Bringing food or beverages into the room is strictly prohibited.
   Only water is allowed.
   Water must be kept on the table and away from all equipment.

10. Cleanliness
    Leaving trash in the room is prohibited.
    Please make sure the area is clean before leaving.

11. Restricted Areas
    Access to the upper floor is prohibited.
    If you need anything, please inform an authorized board member.

12. Personal Belongings
    Leaving personal belongings in the room is prohibited.

13. Smoking
    Smoking in the room is strictly prohibited.
